LOVE brings the magic of Cirque du Soleil together with the spirit and passion of The Beatles to create an intimate and powerful entertainment experience. The custom-built theatre at The Mirage features 360 degree seating, panoramic video projections and surround sound which will envelop the audience, who will experience The Beatles music like never before.

Presented exclusively at The Mirage in Las Vegas, this joint artistic venture marks the first time that The Beatles company, Apple Corps Ltd., has agreed to a major theatrical partnership. LOVE was born out of a personal friendship and mutual admiration between the late George Harrison and Cirque du Soleil founder Guy Laliberté.

There are 3 speakers in each seat - over 6,500 total in the theatre to create the most complex audio system in the world!

The stage is made up of 7 lifts, 2 floats, traps and 1 turntable. Each lift is capable of lifting 20,000 lbs.

The furthest seat from the absolute center of the stage is only 98'. The closest seat to the absolute center of the stage is 23' 4" which is only 2' 9" from the edge of the stage.

One third of the artists are dancers, one third are character actors and one third are acrobats.

The youngest artist in the cast is 9 and the oldest is 74 years old.

LOVE by Cirque du Soleil has taken over as one of the most popular Cirque du Soleil shows in all of Las Vegas. Apple Corps Ltd and Cirque du Soleil joined together in an unprecedented partnership in order to craft the most comprehensive and amazing Beatles production ever created.

There are many things that set LOVE apart from other Beatles retrospectives, the most prominent is the utilization of remastered Beatles tracks, no impressionists at all, just the original music of one of the most popular band of all time. Some of these cuts include Get Back, Eleanor Rigby, Help!, Yesterday, Come Together, Hey Jude, and All You Need is Love. The music is transcendent but by no means is the only reason to see this production. LOVE tells the story of the Beatles, from the member’s youth in post World War II Britain through their rise to prominence and their appearance on the Ed Sullivan show, and through their final albums Abbey Road & Let It Be. One of the most clever parts of the show is the personification of characters in Beatles songs including Father McKenzie, Sgt. Pepper, The Walrus and Eggman, and even Her Majesty the Queen.

Aside from the near perfection of the show, the stage and theater are also compelling reasons to go. The showroom underwent a multi-million dollar facelift after its original tenants, Siegfried and Roy retired and features a 360 degree stage and even offers speakers in your seat headrests to make this a more comprehensive experience than any concert you could imagine. This tour de force production will appeal to all Beatles fanatics and also to those running the gamut of casual fans to people that may have never had the chance to hear the Beatles before.

I have never been to a Vegas show or a Cirque du Soleil show previous to this and now I think I am hooked. I am a fairly familiar with the Beatles but wouldn't call myself a big fan, even with that being said I had an amazing time at this show. The music was great and the speakers in your seat made you feel like you were sitting on the stage. The acrobats and performers were incredible and I didn't think people could do things like that during a live show, they were perfect. We were able to save a few bucks booking this with our hotel room which was also nice. Now I can't wait to get back to see all the other Cirque shows and would even see this one again.

My main focus on this show was to see what they did with the music of the Beatles, I am a HUGE fan and was very afraid they would ruin the integrity. Luckily I was wrong, rather than trying to recreate any of their songs they kept true to the original recordings and did a great job of integrating them into the show. I was impressed with the actors and their athletic ability but that was a second to the music quality and keeping the true spirit of the Beatles alive.

I love the Beatles and was nervous the show could not live up to the music, but I was wrong. People in the crowd were singing along and smiles were prevelant. Once was not enough for me. I have already bought tickets to see it again on my upcoming trip.

I have been to many Vegas shows, and this one was the best, the actors, the props, music, energy and they even had the audiance engage with the bed over everyones head BRILLIANT. I love, love that show and is telling everyone i know to see it, it was amazing.

WOW. I was blown away by this Poduction. It was really the highlite of my trip to Las vegas. The performers did a great job.The show was incredible, My husband and I were picked from the audience to be part of the show. It was really funny. I will recommend it to everyone of my friends. This was our very first Vegas Show and Cirque De Soleil . Absolutely fantastic. Unbelievable.. We went for Xmas and it was simply breathtaking.. It felt like we were standing with them on stage.. No matter where you sit you will still get blown away. We are so ready to go back soon.

...am like some of the posted reviewers: until this past Xmas (2009) had never been to Vegas or to any live Cirque du Soleil (CDS) performance, but consider myself a bit of an audio/stereo-phile & the Beatles music is an integral part of that passion. Felt the folks at the Mirage did a premium high-octane job of gearing themselves in hosting 'Love', I salute you for undeertaking this most special project! Attending this is probably like the real concerts back in the '60s, but with all the improvements/comforts of the milennium (who says you can't bake your cake & eat it...?) Count me in as one of those who will definitely aim to view other CDS performances & would not think twice to see 'Love' again, & in Las Vegas yet, too (hint, hint). Definitely a sweeter deal if one check's for prevailing discounts/promo's...was a sweet Xmas gift for myself & a special princess of a friend, but even sweeter getting the DVD & the souvenir program booklet at 'Boxing Day prices', too; thanks to all for enabling me to share this feedback--Long live 'Love'!!

If you want to see a show based upon a colorful imagination, this is it. Didn't have as many acrobatics as I initially expected but was still a decent value for the money. If you like Beatle's music, get in line and get a ticket.

Have been to Vegas twice since "Love" began.. and have seen "Love" TWICE ! We plan a third visit to Vegas and "Love" soon ! I purchased the double CD set and sit at home (Australia) with my eyes closed and absorb that fantastic music which is the Beatles. I am immediately transported to the Mirage and re-live the best show in town over and over again (It is so realistic I feel I should pay Cirque du Soleil for my seat !!) If you are a Beatles fan put Love at the top of your "to see" list ! Miss it at your peril !!!
